New Redwood Alternative Campus Wows School’s Students and Staff

as she talked about the new
campus buildings.
“When I was doing my interview with the district, I came to visit the campus,” recalled Williams, who is starting her first year as principal. “It was half way done then and I knew it would be all new, but had no idea how incredible it would turn out.” |
Fire Crews Respond In Force After
Strong Chlorine Odor is Detected
Alameda County fire crews responded to a first-alarm hazardous material call at the pool room of the Bon Aire Apartments at 20499 Santa Maria Ave. Wednesday morning.
A release of strong chlorine fumes resulted apparently after moisture came in contact with a 80-pound bucket of concentrated calcium hypochlorite, a common pool treatment chemical, which in turn caused a thermal reaction. |
